Washing, showering, bathing, dressing, and undressing, hair care and make-up, shaving, dental hygiene, continence care, and medication.
Chores and Support around the home
General cleaning of the environment; vacuuming, sanitisation, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, washing dishes, laundry, ironing, regular changing of bed linen and towels, weekly shopping for groceries, helping with meal preparation and support with managing bill payments.
Befriending
Companionship and conversation that promote contact with family and friends. Help with reading and engagement with the community. Maintaining correspondence with local services, accompanying on day trips or short breaks and holidays.
GP and Hospital Visits
We arrange suitable support and transportation to accompany you. If you already have a care package with us, transport is offered at a reduced price.
Twilight and Respite services
We offer a flexible twilight care service which extends to 11pm. This means you can have some of your calls between the twilight hours as instructed in your care package to meet your needs.
If you or your main carer are going away on holiday, or you just need a short break, we can care for your loved ones in that time.

We support many people to continue living independently with the assistance of our live-in care services.
We offer a variety of live-in care packages to meet your needs.
- Basic to provide companionship and support around the house and personal care.
- Intermediate to provide GP and hospital appointments, prescription collection, weekly shopping, outings, personal care.
- Extensive for more complex needs involving other care services and community care.
Our tailored packages aim to provide a positive experience and independent living for our clients which are normally the elderly at the retirement stage of their life. This will encourage them to pursue their hobbies and interests within their community where there are familiar amenities and loved ones.
We offer complex care or long-term care or continuing care to clients with compelling chronic illness and disabilities following a hospital treatment such as:
- Paralysis (spinal cord injuries)
- Brain injury
- Gastronomy feed needs (PEG)
- Multiple sclerosis

- Muscular dystrophy
- Epilepsy
- Learning disabilities.
Our bespoke care program is designed to support and meet the individual needs of our clients. We invest time and resources in training our carers to be competent in delivering the care required by clients with complex care needs.
We provide day and night care for you or your loved one in an emergency. Our experienced carers are trained, and DBS checked for your peace of mind. Our day shifts start from 8am to 8pm, and our nights at 8pm-8am, although we are flexible to tailor a package suitable for you.
Palliative care is specialized medical care for people living with a serious illness near end of life. Zatthu Healthcare is focused on providing relief and comfort from the impact and stress of the illness. Our aim is to improve quality of life for clients and their families to cope with pain, or physical and mental issues with guidance from doctors and medical experts. Our palliative care is provided by trained and experienced support workers who are passionate about their clients.
